Shipping & Delivery Policy

Information about how your orders are fulfilled and delivered.

1. Third-Party Fulfillment Model

HYPLOGS acts as a facilitator for your gift orders. We do not hold inventory or maintain our own fleet of delivery vehicles. Instead, we partner with established local and international delivery networks and services (such as Glovo, Instacart, UberEats, and specialized local couriers) to fulfill your orders. This allows us to offer a wide range of products and rapid delivery times across different regions.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary based on the specific partner service selected and the recipient's location:

  • On-Demand Delivery: For food and local retail items, delivery is typically completed within 45 to 90 minutes from the time the order is accepted by the partner.
  • Scheduled Delivery: You may have the option to schedule deliveries for a specific time window, subject to partner availability.
  • International Shipping: For cross-border gifts, delivery times depend on the destination country's local logistics and may range from 1 to 3 business days.

3. Tracking Your Order

Transparency is key. Once your order is picked up by a delivery partner, we provide real-time tracking updates directly through our website. You can view the status of your delivery by logging into your account and visiting the Order History section. In some cases, a direct tracking link from the carrier may also be provided.

4. Delivery Issues & Delays

While we strive for punctuality, external factors such as traffic, weather conditions, or high demand at the partner's end may cause delays.

If your order is significantly delayed or has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact our support team immediately. As the intermediary, we will communicate with the delivery partner on your behalf to resolve the issue promptly.

5. International Considerations

For international orders, please be aware that service availability relies on our partners' coverage in the destination region. Customs duties or local taxes, if applicable for shipped physical goods, are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.
